But when If it was created before then, the Download report menu option in the Power BI service is grayed out. The option for me to download the PBIX file is grayed out on the D365 Process Analyzer and Sales Analytics reports, which show in the normal reports area. The JIRA and Google Analytics reports only show up in the "Apps" section and do not have the "download a .pbix copy" option at all under File.
